Non-Destructive Testing.
We provide extensive NDT testing services for clients across aviation, motorsport, manufacturing and general engineering.
ACS personnel are qualified to EN4179 for the following NDT methods:
- Magnetic Particle AC and DC to 4000 amps and in accordance with ASTM 1444.
- Dye Penetrant Methods Typel A, C, D Level 2,3,4 and Type 2 in accordance with ASTME1417.
- Eddy Current Inspection, Olympus 600 EDC machine with surface and rotary bolt hole probes.
- Visual Inspection, Olympus 561 microscope with capability to digitally record and report defects
