ACS has developed and marketed a Digital Balancer for very accurate master balancing of propeller blades. The balancer allows blades to be balanced to an accuracy of 0.05% providing real interchange of blades and more accurate dynamic balancing for smoother running propellers.
Manufacturer specific models are built to order for a range of applications including metal propeller blades.
Our in-house units are approved by Hamilton Sundstrand for 14SF and 14RF blades as fitted to Bombardier Dash 100/200/300, ATR42/72, SAAB 340 and Brasilia EMB120.
The ACS Digital Balancer comes with its own calibration system and does not require calibration blades, resulting in significant cost savings.
